[ARCHIVED] Curbside Pickup for Storm Debris

Storm Path 10-10-21

City of Coweta residents in the storm path from Sunday's storms who cannot bring their green waste (branches, limbs) may stack it at their curb for pickup with regular trash on Thursday. Cut and bundle smaller branches into bundles of 18" long branches. For larger limbs or branches, drag them all the way to the curb, and city crews will cut and dispose of them for you.

Crews will not go into your yard and drag branches to the curb. This applies ONLY to green waste. No construction debris -- plywood, sheetrock, shingles, fencing, etc. -- should be placed at the curb for pickup. Do not include construction debris in your regular trash.  Curbside pickup will only be done in the storm path area noted in red in the image above.

We will have a solution for construction debris disposal within the next few days and will be sharing that information with everyone.
