DISCUSSION

REQUEST FOR AN EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN THE CITY COUNCIL AND ITS ATTORNEY CONCERNING A PENDING INVESTIGATION, CLAIM, OR ACTION PERTAINING TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ORDINANCE 844 IF THE CITY COUNCIL, WITH THE ADVICE OF ITS ATTORNEY, DETERMINES THAT DISCLOSURE WILL SERIOUSLY IMPAIR THE ABILITY OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO PROCESS THE CLAIM OR CONDUCT A PENDING INVESTIGATION, LITIGATION, OR PROCEEDING IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST, IN ACCORDANCE WITH 25 O.S. §307 B.4.

POSSIBLE ACTION

THE CITY COUNCIL MAY TAKE ANY ACTION DEEMED NECESSARY ARISING OUT OF THE DISCUSSIONS IN THE FOREGOING EXECUTIVE SESSION.
