Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting

Approval of the minutes of the Coweta City Council Regular Meeting held on November 4, 2019.
2.

Cemetery Pavilion

Approval of a continuance for the following item to the January 6, 2020 meeting: approval of a proposal from Coweta Barn Company for improvements to the pavilion at Vernon Cemetery in an amount not to exceed Nineteen Thousand Dollars ($19,000.00); this item was continued from the November 4, 2019 meeting.

Withdrawal of rezoning case CZ 19-04

Acknowledgement of the receipt of a letter from the property owner withdrawing the application for rezoning property in accordance with  CZ 19-04 pertaining to a portion of a tract of land with a legal description of: the East 240 feet of Lot 2 Block 2, Creek Hollow, a subdivision of part of the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 26, Township 18 North, Range 15 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, City of Coweta, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma generally located east of the northeast corner of the intersection of State Highway 51 and E 121st Street South; this item was continued from the November 4, 2019 meeting.

NLC Utility Line Warranty Program

Approval of a Marketing Agreement with Utility Service Partners Private Label, Inc. pertaining to certain private service line warranty agreements to be marketed to Coweta utility customers.

1.

Amendment to Ordinance 790 regarding PUD-R 17-02

Discussion and possible action on the adoption of amendments to Ordinance 790, an ordinance of the City of Coweta, Oklahoma creating a Planned Unit Development Overlay (PUD-R 17-02) for Saddle Creek Estates, by changing the zoning of Lot 1 Block 4 of said subdivision from RS-1 (Residential Single Family) to CG (General Commercial); repealing all ordinances in conflict herewith; and declaring an emergency; this item was continued from the November 4, 2019 meeting.

Declaration of Emergency Ordinance 790 (Amended)

Discussion and possible action to declare an emergency regarding Ordinance 790 (Amended) making it effective immediately upon passage and approval.
3.

Ordinance 827 Amending the Zoning Map for CZ-19-06

Discussion and possible action on the adoption of Ordinance 827, an Ordinance of the City of Coweta, Oklahoma approving CZ-19-06 and rezoning a tract of land described as follows: 
Beginning at a point 418 feet South of the Northwest corner Southwest Quarter; thence 448 feet East; 270 feet South; 484 feet West; 270 feet North to the point of beginning; Section Twenty-six (26), Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Fifteen (15) East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma, located at 10725 South 257th East Avenue.

Declaration of an Emergency Ordinance 827

Discussion and possible action on the declaration of an emergency for Ordinance 827.
5.

City of Coweta Monument Sign

Discussion and possible action to approve an agreement with Boulder Design in the amount of $13,133 for the design, construction, and installation of a City of Coweta monument sign to be located generally south of the intersection of State Highway 51 and E. 111th Street S and to authorize the Mayor to execute the landscaping agreement with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation necessary for the project.

6.

Quit Claim Deed

Discussion and possible action to transfer ownership of the Mission Bell Museum property, located at 204 S. Bristow Ave., from the City of Coweta to the Coweta Industrial Development Authority and authorize the Mayor to execute a Quit Claim Deed related thereto.
