Amendment to Ordinance 790 regarding PUD-R 17-02

Discussion and possible action on the adoption of amendments to Ordinance 790, an ordinance of the City of Coweta, Oklahoma creating a Planned Unit Development Overlay (PUD-R 17-02) for Saddle Creek Estates, by changing the zoning of Lot 1 Block 4 of said subdivision from RS-1 (Residential Single Family) to CG (General Commercial); repealing all ordinances in conflict herewith; and declaring an emergency.

Declaration of Emergency Ordinance 790 (Amended)

Discussion and possible action to declare an emergency regarding Ordinance 790 (Amended) making it effective immediately upon passage and approval.
3.

Ordinance 825 Amending the Zoning Map for CZ 19-04

Discussion and possible action on the adoption of Ordinance 825, an ordinance of the City of Coweta, Oklahoma approving CZ 19-04 and rezoning a portion of a tract of land with a legal description of: the East 240 feet of Lot 2 Block 2, Creek Hollow, a subdivision of part of the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 26, Township 18 North, Range 15 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, City of Coweta, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma generally located east of the northeast corner of the intersection of State Highway 51 and E 121st Street South; repealing all ordinances in conflict herewith; and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance 824 Amending Ch 11 & 13 of Zoning Code

Discussion and possible action on the adoption of Ordinance 824, an ordinance of the City of Coweta, Oklahoma amending the Coweta Zoning Code with regard to Uses Permitted by Specific Use Permit, specifically Chapter 11, Section 1140(x), Medical marijuana Dispensary and Chapter 13, Section 1340(a), Marijuana Processing Facility and Marijuana Growing Facility-Commercial; repealing all ordinances to the contrary; and declaring an emergency.

Discussion and possible action on the adoption of Resolution No. 2019-31, a Resolution of the City
Council of the City of Coweta, Oklahoma adopting amendments to the annual revenues and
appropriations for the budget of the City of Coweta, Oklahoma, for fiscal year ending June 30, 2020.

City Hall Roof Repair

Discussion and possible action to direct staff to seek public bids to replace the existing roof on the city hall complex at 310 S Broadway.

Discussion and possible action to approve a Marketing Agreement with Utility Service Partners Private Label, Inc. pertaining to certain private service line warranty agreements to be marketed to Coweta utility customers.

Discussion and possible action on the adoption of Ordinance 823, an ordinance of the City of Coweta, Oklahoma amending Part 14 of the City Code by adding Chapter 4 pertaining to Ceremonial Street Signs; repealing all ordinances in conflict therewith; and declaring an emergency.
